Sastojci: 500 g mekog belog brašna, 20 g svezeg kvasca, 300 ml mlake vode, 1 kašika šećera, ½ kašicice soli, prstohvat mlevenog bibera, 150 g rendanog gauda kackacavalja.
Priprema:
1. Pomešati brašno, so, šećer, biber, gaudu i kvasac.
2. Postepeno dodavati mlaku vodu i mesiti dok se sastojci ne sjedine odnosno dok se na dobije glatko testo.
3. Premesiti testo na radnoj površini dok se iz njega ne istisnu mehurići.
4. Pokriti I istaviti na toplom da naraste 1 sat.
5. Testo opet premesiti I oblikovati u veknu.
6. Staviti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje ili namazan kockom margarina I posut brasnom.
7. Peći u rerni zagrejanoj na 200 C oko 25 minuta.
Ingredients: 500 g of soft white flour, 20 g of fresh yeast, 300 ml of lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, ½ tsp of salt, a pinch of ground pepper, 150 g of grated gouda cheese.
Preparation:
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, pepper, gouda and yeast.
2. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until the ingredients are combined, i.e. until a smooth dough is obtained.
3. Knead the dough on the work surface until bubbles are squeezed out of it.
4. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
5. Knead the dough again and shape it into a loaf.
6. Place in a tray lined with baking paper or greased with a margarine cube and sprinkled with flour.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 25 minutes.
