Sastojci: 500 g lisnatog testa ili lisnato testo 2, 2 kašike putera (otopljenog), 4 jaja, so, biber, cajna kobasica ili sendvic salama ili kulen (isečena na kockice), 1 crvena paprika, 1 zelena paprika, 3 mlada luka, rendani kackavalj.
Priprema:
0. Očistite paprike i isecite ih na kockice. Očistite mladi luk i sitno iseckajte.
1. Razvaljajte lisnato testo na debljinu od oko 0,3 cm.
2. Isecite kvadrate lisnatog testa malo veće od kruga kalupa za mafine.
3. Svaki kvadrat stavite u posudu za mafine i pritisnite prstima da biste formirali korpicu.
4. Umutite jaja viljuškom. Dodajte so i biber.
5. Pomešajte paprike, mladi luk i cajnu kobasicu.
6. Stavite kašiku ove smese u korpice od lisnatog testa.
7. Prelijte jajima.
8. Pospite kackavaljem.
9. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C oko 20 minuta.

8. Sprinkle it with cheese.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
