Kokos kiflice (Coconut rolls)

Sastojci: 250g kokosa, 125g masti + 125g margarina ili 250g margarina, 2 jaja, 5g praska za pecivo, 250g secera, 2 kasike mleka, 500g brasna, secer u prahu. Opciono: 100g cokolade, malo margarina, 50g kokosa.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati prasak za pecivo i brasno.
2) Umutiti margarin sa secerom, dodati kokos, jaja i mleko. Dobro izmesati. Dodati brasno i zamesiti testo.
3) Podeliti na jufke, svaku razvuci u krug, seci i zaviti rolnice.
4) Peci na umerenoj temperaturi.
5) Kiflice u valjati u prah secer ili cokoladu i margarin otopiti. Umakati kiflice u cokoladu a zatim u kokos.

Ingredients: 250g coconut, 125g lard  + 125g or 250g butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 5g baking powder, 250g sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, 500g flour, powdered sugar. Optional: 100g chocolate, a little margarine, 50g coconut.

Preparation:
1) Mix the baking powder and flour.
2) Beat butter with sugar, add the coconut, eggs and milk. Stir well. Add flour and knead dough.
3) Divide dough in small balls, develop each into the circle, cut and wrap rolls.
4) Bake at medium heat.
5) Roll coconut rolls in powdered sugar or melt chocolate and butter. Dip rolls in chocolate and then in coconut.
