Ugljenihidrati dan.
Sastojci: 120g makarona, 250ml vode, 30g pesta od bosiljka, 1 kasika indijskog oraha (opcionalno).
Priprema:
1) U serpu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4).
2) Dodati makarone i kuvati od 10 do 15 minuta, povremeno mesajuci.
3) Preliti makarone tekucom hladnom vodom i promesati viljuskom. Ocediti.
4) Dodati pesto od blitve, promesati i posluziti. Posuti indijskim orahom.
Carbohydrate day.
Ingredients: 120g macaroni, 250ml water, 30g basil pesto, 1 tablespoon cashew nuts (optional).
Preparation:
1) Pour water into the pot and let it boil. Reduce to medium temperature (4).
2) Add macaroni and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) Pour the macaroni with running cold water and stir with a fork. Drain.
4) Add basil pesto, stir and serve. Sprinkle with cashews.
