Harisa suvi zacinski miks (Harissa dry spice mix)

Sastojci: 2 kašike čilija u prahu, 1 kašika dimljene paprike u prahu, 1 kašika slatke paprike u prahu, 1 kašičica mlevenog kumina, 1 kašičica mlevenog semena korijandera, 1 kašičica belog luka u prahu, 1 kašičica crnog luka u prahu, ½ kašičice mlevenog bibera, ½ kašičice morske soli, ½ kašičice mlevenog karanfilića (opciono), prstohvat kajenskog bibera.

Priprema:

1. Sve sastojke pomesati u činiji dok ne postane ujednačen prah.

2. Čuvati u dobro zatvorenoj tegli, na suvom i tamnom mestu.

Profil ukusa:

  • ljuto
  • dimljeno
  • blago slatko (paprika)
  • zemljano (kumin + korijander)
  • topli zacin

Kako se koristi harisa suvi zacinski miks?

½-1 kašičice za jednu porciju rezanaca (nudli). Kratko propržiti na ulju pre dodavanja vode ili umešati u sos na kraju.

Idealno ide uz:

  • piletinu (najbolje)
  • junetinu
  • leblebije
  • peceno povrce (paprika, tikvice, patlidžan)
  • ljutoj supi sa rezancima


Ingredients: 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika powder, 1 tablespoon sweet paprika powder, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon ground pepper, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon ground cloves (optional), pinch of cayenne pepper.

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until it becomes a uniform powder.

2. Store in a tightly closed jar, in a dry and dark place.

Flavor profile:

  • spicy
  • smoked
  • slightly sweet (paprika)
  • earthy (cumin + coriander)
  • warm spice

How to use harissa dry spice mix?

½-1 teaspoon for one portion of noodles. Fry briefly in oil before adding water or stir into the sauce at the end.

Goes ideal with:

  • chicken (best)
  • beef
  • chickpeas
  • roasted vegetables (pepper, zucchini, eggplant)
  • spicy noodle soup
