Sastojci: 2 banane, 250 ml mleka ili biljnog mleka, 2 kašike grckog jogurta ili veganski jogurt, 1 kašičica meda ili javorovog sirupa ili agava sirupa, 3–4 kockice leda, prstohvat cimeta.
Priprema:
1. Banane oljustiti i iseći na kolutove.
2. Sve sastojke staviti u blender. Blendirati 30–60 sekundi dok smuti ne postane kremast.
3. Dodati još leda za hladniju verziju (opciono).
