Sastojci: 1 kugla vanila sladoleda, 1 šoljica sveže skuvanog espresa.
Priprema:
1. U manju čašu ili šolju stavi kuglu vanila sladoleda.
2. Prelij je vrućim espresom neposredno pre serviranja.
Kako se služi afogato?
Služi se odmah, dok je sladoled još hladan, a kafa vruća. Jede se kašičicom, a na kraju možeš i da popiješ ostatak kao kremastu kafu.
Napomena:
- Ako voliš blaže, dodaj manje kafe.
- Ako voliš intenzivnije, dodaj malo više espresa.
Sta je afogato? (What is an affogato?)
Ingredients: 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of freshly brewed espresso.
Preparation:
1. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a small glass or mug.
2. Pour hot espresso over it just before serving.
How is affogato served?
It is served immediately, while the ice cream is still cold and the coffee is hot. It is eaten with a teaspoon, and at the end you can drink the rest as a creamy coffee.
Note:
- If you prefer milder, add less coffee.
- If you like it more intense, add a little more espresso.
