- piletinu (bataci, fileti, krilca)
- povrće (tikvice, paprika, krompir)
- smrznutu hranu (medaljone, pomfrit)
- kolače ili mafine
Zašto se koristi friteza na vruc vazduh?
- manje ulja, lakše prženje
- brže od rerne
- jednostavan za korišćenje
Napomena:
An air fryer is a kitchen appliance that "fries" food using a strong flow of hot air instead of deep oil.
Basically, it's a small, powerful oven with a fan. The air heats up quickly and circulates around the food, making it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
How does an air fryer work?
- the heater heats the air (often 180–200°C)
- the fan circulates it rapidly around the food
- you get an effect similar to frying, but with very little or no oil
What can you cook in an air fryer?
- french fries (with or without a tablespoon of oil)
- chicken (drumsticks, fillets, wings)
- vegetables (zucchini, pepper, potato)
- frozen food (nuggets - medallions, French fries)
cookies or muffins
Why use an air fryer?
- less oil, easier frying
- faster than an oven
- easy to use
Note :
It does not give the same taste as classic deep frying, but it is very close and much more practical for everyday use.
