Upotreba friteze na vruc vazduh prvi put (Using the air fryer for the first time)

Sta je friteza na vruc vazduh?

Kad prvi put koristiš fritezi na vruć vazduh (en. air fryer), deluje kao neka “mini svemirska rerna”, ali je zapravo vrlo jednostavan za korišćenje.

1. Operi delove

Pre prve upotrebe izvadi korpu i rešetku (ako je ima) i operi toplom vodom i deterdžentom. Obriši dobro pre vraćanja.

2. Prazno zagrevanje

Većina ljudi preporučuje da ga prvi put uključiš praznog:

  • 10 minuta
  • oko 180–200 °C

Može se osetiti blag miris nove plastike ili grejača tokom prvog zagrevanja, što je normalno kod novih aparata.

3. Nemoj prepuniti korpu

Tako se ravnomernije zapeče.

6. Počni sa jednostavnim stvarima

Najlakše za prvi pokušaj:

  • smrznuti pomfrit
  • medaljoni (en. nuggets)
  • krompir izrezan na štapiće
  • pileća krilca

7. Vreme i temperatura nisu ista kao u rerni

Friteza na vruć vazduh obično peče:

  • brže
  • na malo nižoj temperaturi

Na primer:

  • ako recept za rernu kaže 200°C u fritezi na vruć vazduh često je dovoljno 180°C
  • vreme se često skrati za 20–30%

8. Papir za pečenje

  • prvo stavi papir za pečenje u korpu
  • ali OBAVEZNO preko njega odmah stavi hranu da ga pritisne. Poenta je da papir nikad ne bude sam u praznoj korpi dok aparat radi, jer jak vazduh može da ga podigne prema grejaču.

2. Empty warm-up

3. Do not overfill the basket

Food should have space for air to circulate around it. If the basket is full:

4. A little oil means a better result

8. Baking paper

10. Cleaning after use
