Coko kuglice od urmi (Choco dates balls)

Sastojci (20–24 kuglice, prečnik oko 2–2,5 cm): 200 g urmi bez koštica, 80 g mlevenih oraha ili badema, 40 g ovsenih pahuljica, 1 kašika kakao praha, 1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta, prstohvat soli, za oblaganje - kokosovo brasno.

Priprema:

1. Urme potopiti u toplu vodu 10-15 minuta (ako su tvrđe). Ocediti.

2. Sve sastojke staviti u blender ili seckalicu. Blendati dok se ne dobije lepljiva smesa.

3. Oblikovati kuglice.

4. Uvaljati u kokosovo brašno.

5. Istaviti u frižideru 1-2 sata.

Ingredients (20-24 balls, diameter about 2-2.5 cm): 200 g of pitted dates, 80 g of ground walnuts or almonds, 40 g of oat flakes - rolled oats, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, for coating - coconut flour.

Preparation:

1. Soak the dates in warm water for 10-15 minutes (if they are harder). Drain.

2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or chopper. Blend until a sticky mixture is obtained.

3. Shape into balls.

4. Roll in coconut flour.

5. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Description

Naturally sweet, without added sugar and excellent as a quick snack or dessert with coffee.
