Domaci sladoled (Homemade ice cream)

Ingredients: 1 liter of milk, 250g sugar, 10g gelatin powder, 3 eggs, 50g margarine (unsalted butter).

Preparation:

1. Whisk eggs with sugar. Whisk margarine until foamy.
2. Place beaten eggs into sauce pan and allow to boil. Allow to cool a little.

3. In the warm (eggs), add the prepared gelatin and margarine and combine well.
4. Make various versions of ice cream.
5. Pour mixture into the appropriate containers for freezing (not too deep) and leave overnight in the freezer.

Preparation of gelatin:

1. Place gelatin into sauce pan and add 4 tablespoons of cold water. Stir and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
2. At low temperature, heat the gelatin, constantly stirring until dissolved, taking care not to boil.

Coffee - in 1/4 of mixture add black coffee (cook 1/2 cup water with 2 tablespoons of coffee and filter).
Vanilla - in 1/4 of mixture stir vanilla 20g vanilla sugar or 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Chocolate - in 1/4 of mixture (while warm), stir in 2 bars of grated chocolate.
Lemon - in 1/4 of mixture add 4-5 drops of lemon juice.
Raisins - in 1/4 of mixture add a few drops of rum and 100g raisins.
* Fruit - in 1/4 of mixture add mashed fruit.

Sastojci: 1 l mleka, 250g secera, 10g zelatina u prahu, 3 jaja, 50g margarina.

Priprema:

1. Jaja dobro umutiti sa secerom. Margarin penasto umutiti.
2. Jaja staviti u serpicu i ostaviti da prokljuca. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
3. U toplo, dodati pripremljen zelatin i margarin i dobro sjediniti. 
4. Praviti razne varijante sladoleda.
5. Smesu sipati u odgovarajuce posude za zamrzavanje (ne previse duboke) i ostaviti preko noci u zamrzivacu.

Priprema zelatina:

1. Zelatin staviti u serpicu i dodati 4 kasike hladne vode. Promesati i ostaviti 10 minuta da nabubri.
2. Na niskoj temperaturi, zagrevati zelatin, stalno mesajuci dok se ne otopi, pazeci da ne prokljuca.

od kafe - u 1/4 mase umesati crnu kafu (1/2 solje vode sa 2 kasicice kafe se skuva i procedi).
od vanile - u 1/4 mase umesati 20g vanilin secera ili 1-2 kasicice vanila ekstrakta.
od cokolade - u 1/4 mase (dok je toplo) umesati 2 stangle rendane cokolade.
od limuna - u 1/4 mase staviti 4-5 kapi limunovog soka.
od suvog grozdja - u 1/4 mase staviti par kapi ruma i 100g suvog grozdja.
* od voca - u 1/4 mase staviti ispasirano voce po zelji.
