Domaci sladoled (Homemade ice cream)

Ingredients: 1 liter of milk, 250g sugar, 3 sheets of gelatin, 3 eggs, 50g margarine (butter).
* Coffee - in 1/4 of mixture add black coffee (cook 1/2 cup water with 2 tablespoons of coffee and filter).
* Vanilla - in 1/4 of mixture stir vanilla 1-2 vanilla sugar or 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
* Chocolate - in 1/4 of mixture (while warm), stir in 2 bars of grated chocolate.
* Lemon - in 1/4 of mixture add 4-5 drops of lemon juice.
* Raisins - in 1/4 of mixture add a few drops of rum and 100g raisins.
* Fruit - in 1/4 of mixture add mashed fruit.

Preparation:
1. Add sugar and gelatin to milk.
2. When it boils remove from the heat and put a well beaten eggs and return to boil again.
3. When still warm add the butter and you can make various kinds.

Sastojci: 1 l mleka, 250g secera, 3 lista zelatina, 3 jaja, 50g margarina.
* od kafe - u 1/4 mase umesati crnu kafu (1/2 soljice vode sa 2 kasicice kafe se skuva i procedi).
* od vanile - u 1/4 mase umesati 1-2 vanilina.
* od cokolade - u 1/4 mase (dok je toplo) umesati 2 stangle rendane cokolade.
* od limuna - u 1/4 mase staviti 4-5 kapi limunovog soka.
* od suvog grozdja - u 1/4 mase staviti par kapi ruma i 100g suvog grozdja.
* od voca - u 1/4 mase staviti ispasirano voce po zelji.

Priprema:
1. U mleko staviti secer i zelatin.
2. Kada provri skloniti sa vatre i staviti dobro umucena jaja i vratiti da ponovo provri.
3. Kada je jos toplo dodati umucen margarin i praviti razne vrste.
