Punjena kuvana jaja (Stuffed boiled eggs)

(Osnovni recept).

Sastojci: 6 jaja, 2 kašike kisele pavlake ili grckog jogurta, 1 kašičica senfa, so po ukusu, biber po ukusu.

Priprema:

1. Jaja skuvaj tvrdo.

2. Ohladi. Oljušti.

3. Preseci ih na pola po dužini.

4. Izvadi žumanca i stavi ih u činiju.

5. Žumanca izgnječi viljuškom i dodaj pavlaku ili jogurt, senf, so, biber.

6. Sve dobro sjedini u kremastu smesu.

7. Kašičicom ili špricem vrati fil u belanca.

Varijacije:

1. Sa belim lukom i peršunom

Dodaj: malo sitno seckanog belog luka, svež peršun (sitno seckanog).

Svež, aromatičan ukus.

2. Sa avokadom (zdravija verzija)

Zameni kiselu pavlaku: zrelim avokadom.

Kremasto + bez majoneza, super za IR i dijabetičare.

Kako ocistiti avokado?

3. Sa sirom

Dodaj: sitno rendani gauda sir ili feta sir.

Puniji i slaniji ukus.

4. Pikant verzija

Dodaj: malo mlevene ljute paprike ili čilija u prahu.

Blago ljuto, super uz meze.

5. Sa tunjevinom

Dodaj: 2 kašike tunjevine

Zasitnije, može kao mini obrok.

Saveti:

- Ako želiš baš kremastu teksturu → dodaj malo maslinovog ulja

- Ako želiš “fit” verziju → koristi grčki jogurt umesto pavlake

- Možeš ih posuti alevom paprikom ili susamom za lep izgled.


(Basic recipe).

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream or Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt to taste, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Boil the eggs hard.

2. Cool down. Peel.

3. Cut them in half lengthwise.

4. Take out the yolks and put them in a bowl.

5. Mash the yolk with a fork and add sour cream or yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper.

6. Combine everything well in a creamy mixture.

7. Using a spoon or a piping syringe, put the filling back into the egg white.

Variations

1. With garlic and parsley

Add: some finely chopped garlic, fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Fresh, aromatic taste.

2. With avocado (healthier version)

Replace sour cream: with ripe avocado.

Creamy + no mayonnaise, great for IR and diabetics.

How to clean an avocado?

3. With cheese

Add: finely grated cheese gouda cheese or crumbled feta.

Fuller and saltier taste.

4. Spicy version

Add: a little ground hot pepper (ground paprika) or chili powder.

Mildly spicy, great with appetizers.

5. With tuna

Add: 2 tablespoons of tuna

More filling, it can be used as a mini meal.

Tips:

- If you want a really creamy texture → add a little olive oil

- If you want a "fit" version → use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream

- You can sprinkle them with paprika powder or sesame seeds for a nice look.
