- Cut the rhubarb into 1–3 cm pieces.
- Arrange the pieces in a single layer on a tray and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer bag or container and seal tightly.
- Mark the freeze date.
- Shelf life: 8-12 months for best quality.
For cooking and baking, you can use rhubarb directly frozen, without first thawing.
