Nepecen kolac od indijskog oraha (Non-baked cashews cake)

Sastojci: za koru - 280g badema, 190g lanenog semena u prahu, 3 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 1 1/2 kasike meda, prstohvat soli, za fil - 190g indijskog oraha + 190ml vode, 190g rogaca, 8 kasika mlevenih lesnika, 2 kasike meda, 80g kakao zrna, 190ml kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 2 kasike cia semenki, 250g bobicastog voca po zelji.

Priprema:

1) Staviti indijski orah u vodu i ostaviti 3 sata. Procediti.

2) U blender staviti bademe i usitniti. Dodati laneno seme, kokosovo ulje, med i so i blendati jos 5 minuta.

3) U pleh sa pomerajucim stranicama staviti koru od badema i pristisnuti prstima da poravnate. Staviti u zamrzivac na 30 minuta.

4) U blender staviti indijske orahe, rogac, kokosovo ulje, med, cia semenke, so i lesnike. Usitniti nekoliko sekundi a zatim polako dodavati vodu izmedju blendiranja. Blednirati dok ne dobijete gustu smesu oko 7 minuta.

5) Sipati preko kore od badema i vratiti u zamrzivac na sat vremena.

Ingredients: for crust - 280g almonds, 190g flax seeds powder, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (dissolved), 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey, a pinch of salt, for filling - 190g of cashews + 190ml of water, 190g of carob, 8 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons of honey, 80g of cocoa beans, 190ml of coconut oil (dissolved), 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 250g of berries as desired.

Preparation:

1) Put cashew cahews in water and leave for 3 hours. Drain.

2) Put almonds in a blender and chop. Add flax seeds, coconut oil, honey and salt and blend for another 5 minutes.

3) Put the almond crust into the pan with the moving sides and press with your fingers to flatten. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

4) Put cashews, carob, coconut oil, honey, chia seeds, salt and hazelnuts in the blender. Blend for a few seconds and then slowly add water between blends. Blend until thick and smooth for about 7 minutes.

5) Pour over the almond crust and return to the freezer for an hour.

6) Before serving, sprinkle with fruits and cocoa beans.
