Paprika punjena mlevenim mesom i kuskusom (Bell pepper stuffed with minced meat and couscous)

Sastojci: 6 paprika babura, 300g mlevenog mesa, 50g kuskusa, 1 sargarepa, 1 manji krompir, vegeta, malo ulja, mlaka voda.

Prrprema:

1) Paprike oprati, ocititi od semena i oprati. Sargarepu oprati, oljustiti, oprati i iseci na kocke ili kolutove ili izrendati na krupno. Krompir oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.

2) U tiganju na malo ulja, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) proprziti sargarepu, oko 5 minuta. Dodati mleveno meso i prziti dok meso ne promeni boju. Pojacati na srednje visoku temperaturu (5). Dodati vegetu i malo vode i dinstati meso i sargarepu oko 20 minuta, povremeno mesajuci i dolivajuci vodu.

3) Skuvati kuskus.

4) Pomesati mleveno meso i kuskus.

5) Napuniti paprike mesavinom mesa i kuskusa. Zatvoriti sa jednim kolutom krompira. 

6) Ako imate jos fila, stavite preko paprika.

7) Naliti sa vodom ili supom, da prekrije paprike i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) oko 30 minuta.

Preparation:

Add the vegetable seasoning and a little water and simmer the meat and carrots for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water.

3) Cook the couscous.

4) Mix minced meat and couscous.

5) Fill the peppers with a mixture of meat and couscous. Close with one circle of potatoes.

6) If you have more filling, put over the peppers.

7) Pour with water or soup, to cover the peppers and cook on medium heat (4) for about 30 minutes.
