Koje biljno mleko ide sa kojim biljnim krem sirom? (Which Plant-based-based milk goes with which Plant-based-based cream cheese?)

Vrste veganskih mleka

 1. Varijanta: Klasični biljni krem sir 

(krem sir od indijskog oraha, krem sir od badema, krem sir od suncokreta, tofu krem sir, ovseni krem sir, pirinčani krem sir, kokosov krem sir)

Biljno mleko: Kokosovo mleko ili sojino mleko.

Količina: 1–2 kašike

Napomena: Kokosovo mleko pojačava kokos aromu, soja daje neutralan i kremast ukus.

 2. Varijanta: Aromatični namaz sa biljem 

(klasičnom biljnom krem siru dodaje se, na primer: peršun, vlašac, bosiljak, origano, timijan, mirođija, beli luk, crni biber, so.)

Biljno mleko: Sojino mleko ili ovseno mleko.

Količina: 1–2 kašike.

Napomena: Ovseno mleko daje blagu slatkoću, soja je neutralna, začinsko bilje dominira.

 3. Varijanta: Dimljeni krem sir 

(klasičnom biljnom krem siru dodaje se, na primer: dimljena paprika, dimljena so.)

Biljno mleko: Kokosovo mleko ili sojino mleko.

Količina: 1 kašika.

(klasičnom biljnom krem siru dodaje se, na primer: malina, borovnica, jagoda, kupina, breskva, mango, kajsija)

Biljno mleko: Ovseno mleko ili sojino mleko.

Količina: 1–2 kašike.

Napomena: Ovseno mleko blago slatko, soja neutralno da voće dominira.

 7. Varijanta: Krem sir sa kakaom 

(klasičnom biljnom krem siru dodaje se, na primer: prirodni kakao prah, nezaslađeni kakao prah, crni kakao prah)

Biljno mleko: Kokosovo mleko ili ovseno mleko.

Količina: 1–2 kašike.

Napomena: Kokos pojačava aromu, ovseno mleko daje glatku teksturu i blagu slatkoću.

Types of vegan milk

 1. Variant: Classic Plant-based-based cream cheese 

(cashew cream cheese, almond cream cheese, sunflower cream cheese, tofu cream cheese, oat cream cheese, rice cream cheese, coconut cream cheese)

Plant-based milk: Coconut milk or soy milk.

Amount: 1–2 tablespoons

Note: Coconut milk enhances the coconut flavor, soy gives a neutral and creamy taste.

 2. Variant: Aromatic spread with herbs 

(to the classic plant-based cream cheese is added, for example: parsley, chives, basil, oregano, thyme, dill, garlic, black pepper, salt.)

Plant-based milk: Soy milk or oat milk.

Amount: 1–2 tablespoons.

Note: Oat milk gives a slight sweetness, soy is neutral, herbs dominate.

 3. Variant: Smoked cream cheese 

(to the classic plant-based cream cheese is added, for example: smoked paprika, smoked salt.)

Plant-based milk: Coconut milk or soy milk.

Amount: 1 tablespoon.

Note: Just to thin the butter and get a creamy texture.

 4. Variant: Spiced cream cheese with nutty notes 

(to the classic plant-based cream cheese is added for example, garlic, black pepper, paprika powder (sweet or hot), herbs (chives, parsley, oregano, thyme), nutritional yeast (for a "cheesy" taste), soy sauce or or substitute for soy sauce a little lemon juice (for balance))
