Sirup za mrsaljvljenje (Weight loss syrup)

Sastojci: 200g rena, sok od 5 1/2 limuna, 4 kasike meda,3 kasicice cimeta, 2 kasike svezeg rendanog djumbira.

Priprema:

1) Ren i djumbir oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.

2) Rucnim mikserom usitniti ren i djumbir.

3) Dodati sok od limuna i mutiti jos oko 2 minuta.

4) Dodati med i cimet i mesati kasikom dok se sve ne sjedini.

5) Sipati u staklenu teglu i dobro zatvoriti. Cuvati u frizideru.

6) Uzimati 2 kasike dnevno tokom 3 nedelje. Napraviti pauzu 40 dana.

Ingredients: 200g of horseradish, juice of 5 1/2 lemons, 4 tablespoons of honey, 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger.

Preparation:

1) Peel horseradish and ginger and cut into rings.

2) Use a hand mixer to grind the horseradish and ginger.

3) Add the lemon juice and mix with handmixer for about 2 minutes.

4) Add honey and cinnamon and stir with a spoon until all well combined.

5) Pour into a glass jar and close tightly. Store in the refrigerator.

6) Take 2 tablespoons a day for 3 weeks. Take a break for 40 days.
