Slani krekeri sa sirom i kremom od spanaca (Salted crackers with cheese and spinach cream)

Sastojci: krem od spanaca, 250g brasna, 60g putera (iz frizidera, iseckanog na kockice), 250g ementaler sira (izrendanog na krupno), 4 kasike vode, 1/8 – 1/4 kasicice soli.

Priprema:

1. U ciniju staviti brasno i puter. Umestiti rukama.
2. Dodati sir i dobro sjediniti.
3. Dodati vodu i promesati kasikom.
4. Na sto blago posuti brasno, izvaditi smesu i  formirati loptu.
5. Ponovo na sto blago posuti brasno, staviti loptu, pritisnuti malo rukama, posuti brasnom i razviti na debljinu od 0.3-0.4 cm.
6. Zagrejati rernu na 180 stepeni.
7. Posuti sa solju i iseci nozem (ili sekacem za picu) kvadrate (ili neke druge oblike). Mozete koristiti i modle za kolace.
8. Poredjati krekere u margarinom namazan pleh. Viljuskom napraviti rupice.
9. Peci u rerni 15-25 minuta.

Ingredients: spinach cream, 250g flour, 60g butter (from the refrigerator, cut into cubes), 250g Emmentaler cheese (grated on coarse), 4 tablespoons water, 1/8 - 1/4 tsp salt.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl put the flour and butter. Combine with hands.
2. Add cheese and combine well.
3. Add water and stir with a spoon.
4. On working surface, lightly sprinkle flour, remove the mixture and form a ball.
5. Sprinkle flour on surface again, put the ball, press a little with hands, sprinkle flour on top and developed with rolling pin to a thickness of 0.3-0.4 cm.
6. Preheat oven to 180 C degrees.
7. Sprinkle with salt and cut with a knife (or a pizza cutter) squares (or some other shapes). You can use the molds for cakes.
8. Sort crackers in the pan greased with butter. Make holes with fork.
9. Bake in the oven for 15-25 minutes.
