Kokos kuglice od griza (Coconut semolina balls)

Sastojci: 200g griza, 500ml mleka, 40g vanila pudinga (u prahu), 30g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 1 kasika meda, 150g kokosovog brasna + jos za valjanje, lesnici ili bademi.

Priprema:

1) U ciniji pomesati puding, griz, secer, vanilin secer i 200ml mleka. Dobro promesati.

2) U serpu staviti mleko i kad prokljuca smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4). Posle 5 minuta dodati mesavinu od pudinga, griza i secera konstantno mesajuci. Kuvati oko 7 do 10 mnuta.

3) Dodati med i kokos i promesati. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

4) Staviti u frizider na pola sata.

5) Praviti kuglice, staviti badem ili lesnik. Uvaljati u kokos.


Ingredients: 200g semolina, 500ml milk, 40g vanilla pudding (powdered), 30g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, 150g coconut flour + more for rolling, hazelnuts or almonds.

Preparation:

1) In a bowl, mix the pudding, semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar and 200ml milk. Mix well.

2) Put the milk in a saucepan and when it boils, reduce to medium heat (4). After 5 minutes, add the pudding, semolina and sugar mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for about 7 to 10 minutes.

3) Add the honey and coconut and mix. Leave to cool.

4) Place in the fridge for half an hour.

5) Make balls, add almonds or hazelnuts. Roll in coconut.
