Salata od paradajza i krastavaca sa kiselim mlekom (Tomato and cucumber salad with sour milk)

Sastojci (za 2–3 porcije): 2 srednja paradajza (250 g), 1 srednji krastavac (150 g), 100 g belog sira (mladi sir ili stari beli sir), 120 ml kiselog mleka, ½ čena belog luka (sitno iseckanog ili izgnječenog), ¼ kašičice soli, prstohvat sveže mlevenog crnog bibera, sveže začinsko bilje (2 kašike sitno seckanog npr. 1 kašika lista peršuna + 1 kašika vlasca ili 1 kašika lista peršuna + 1 kašičica mirođije).

Priprema:

1. Paradajz i krastavac operi i iseci na kockice ili kolutove.

2. Beli sir iseckaj ili izmrvi.
