Krompir salata (Potato salad)

Sastojci: 1 kg krompira, 3 kisela krastavčića (ako su kornisoni 6 komada), supa, ½ glavice crnog luka ili 2 cena belog luka, malo sirćeta, malo ulja, prstohvat bibera.

Priprema:

1. Krompir oprati, oljustiti, oprati I iseci na cetvrtine. Crni luk i krastavcice ocistiti I sitno iseckati. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati (ako koristite umesto crnog luka).

2. U serpu staviti krompir, preliti hladnom vodom I pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) I kuvati od 30 do 40 minuta, zavisno od velicine krompira.

Proveriti viljuskom, bocnuti viljuskom u sredini I ako glatko prolazi krompir je kuvan.

3. Ocediti.

4. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.

5. Iseci na kockice ili listice.

6. Pomesati krompir, crni luk ili beli luk i kisele krastavcice.

7. Pomesati supu, sirće, biber i ulje.

8. Preliti preko krompira i promesati.

Saveti: ako nemate svez crni ili beli luk, mozete staviti u prahu ili granulama.


Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes, 3 pickles (if gherkins 6 pieces), soup, ½ head of onion or 2 cloves of garlic, a little vinegar, a little oil, a pinch of pepper.

Preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, wash them again and cut them into quarters. Clean and finely chop the onion and pickles. Peel and finely chop the garlic (if you use it instead of the onion).

2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and let it boil. Reduce to medium temperature (4) and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.

Check with a fork, poke the fork in the middle and if it goes smoothly, the potato is cooked.

3. Drain.

4. Let it cool a little.

5. Cut into cubes or slices.

6. Mix potatoes, onion or garlic and pickles.

7. Mix the soup, vinegar, pepper and oil.

8. Pour over the potatoes and stir.

Tips: if you don't have fresh onion or garlic, you can put it in powder or granules.
