Strudla s makom i rogacem (Strudel with poppy seeds and carob)

Sastojci: domace kore ili domace kore 2, 300g mlevenog maka + 150g secera + 400ml mleka, 250g mlevenog rogaca + 100g secera + 350 ml mleka.

Priprema:

1) Pripremiti domace kore.

2) U 400ml mleka dodati 150g secera i povremeno mesati da se otopi. Dodati mak i kad prokljuca skolniti sa sporeta. Ostaviti da se hladi.

3) U 350ml mleka dodati 100g secera i povremeno mesati da se otopi. Dodati rogac i kad prokljuca skolniti sa sporeta. Ostaviti da se hladi.

4) Filovati kore makom i rogacem i zaviti u strudlu. Premazati margarinom.

5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 30 do 45 minuta.

Ingredients: homemade phyllo dough or homemade phyllo dough 2, 300g of ground poppy seeds + 150g of sugar + 400ml of milk, 250g of ground carob + 100g of sugar + 350ml milk.

Preparation:

1) Prepare homemade phyllo dough.

2) In 400ml of milk add 150g of sugar and stir occasionally to dissolve. Add poppy seeds and when it boils remove from the stove. Allow to cool.

3) In 350ml of milk add 100g of sugar and stir occasionally to dissolve. Add carob and when it boils remove from the stove. Allow to cool.

4) Fill phyllo dough with poppy seeds and carob and wrap in strudel. Coat with margarine.

5) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 to 45 minutes.
