Preparation:
1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar and mix well.

5. Cool the dough for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
6. With a rolling pin develop to thickness 3–4 mm.
7. Cut small circles with a cookie cutter or brandy cup.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for about 8-10 minutes.
Be careful not to overbake. They should remain dark and crisp.
9. Cool completely.

- Do not knead the dough too much so that the biscuits remain crispy.
- If you want a "black oreo" effect, add a little more cocoa powder.

Preparation:
1. Beat the butter until it becomes completely foamy and lighter.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
3. Add vanilla extract and salt and stir.
4. Add milk spoon by spoon until you get a thick but smooth cream.
5. Beat for another 1–2 minutes until it becomes light and foamy.
Tip:
Put it in the fridge for 10 minutes before filling — it becomes more stable and spreads better.

Oreo krem punjenje
Sastojci: 80 g neslanog putera (sobne temperature, mekanog), 120 g šećera u prahu, 1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta, 1–2 kašike mleka, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1. Umuti puter dok ne postane potpuno penast i svetliji.
2. Postepeno dodavati sećer u prahu i muti dok ne postane glatko.
3. Dodati vanila ekstrakt i so i promesati.
4. Dodaj mleko kašiku po kašiku dok ne dobiješ gust, ali maziv krem.
5. Mutiti još 1–2 minuta da postane lagan i penast.
Savet:
Staviti 10 minuta u frižider pre filovanja — postaje stabilniji i lepše se razmazuje.
