Plasma caramel ice cream (Plazma karamel sladoled)

Creamy Plasma ice cream with super caramel flavor and crunchy biscuit pieces. Without an ice cream machine, it is simply prepared and is a homemade dessert for warm days.

Total preparation time: 6 hours and 40 minutes.

Ingredients (for about 1.5 L): 300 g of ground Plazma biscuits, 500 ml of heavy cream, 400 ml of condensed milk (sweetened), 150 g of caramel topping for ice cream, 150 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 50 g of finely crushed Plasma biscuits.

Preparation:

1. Beat cold heavy cream until stiff, about 3 to 5 minutes* (see note).

2. In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk, milk, vanilla extract and 100 g of caramel topping for ice cream.

3. Add ground Plasma biscuits and mix well.

4. Lightly stir in the whipped heavy cream.

5. Add finely broken biscuits and combine.

6. Pour half of the mixture into a bowl, pour over some of the remaining caramel ice cream topping, then add the rest of the mixture and drizzle with the remaining caramel.

7. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

Note for whipping the heavy cream

  • It is important that the heavy cream is well cooled (at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator, and preferably overnight), because it will whip much faster.
  • Beat until you get firm peaks, that is, when the cream retains its shape on the beaters.
  • Be careful not to beat for too long, as it may start to separate and turn into butter.


Kremasti Plazma sladoled sa super ukusom karamela i hrskavim komadićima keksa. Bez aparata za sladoled, jednostavno se priprema i predstavlja domaći dezert za tople dane.

Vreme pripreme: 30-40 minuta

Vreme zamrzavanja: 6 h.

Ukupno vreme pripreme: 6 sati i 40 minuta.

Sastojci (za oko 1.5 L): 300 g mlevenog Plazma keksa, 500 ml slatke pavlake, 400 ml kondenzovanog mleka (zasladjenog), 150 g karamel preliva za sladoled , 150 ml mleka, 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, 50 g sitno lomljenog Plazma keksa.

Priprema:

1. Umutite hladnu slatku pavlaku dok ne postane čvrsta, oko 3 do 5 minuta* (vidi napomenu).

2. U posebnoj posudi pomešajte kondenzovano mleko, mleko, vanila ekstrakt i 100 g karamel preliva za sladoled.

3. Dodajte mleveni Plazma keks i dobro sjedinite.

4. Lagano umešajte umućenu slatku pavlaku.

5. Dodajte sitno lomljeni keks i sjedinite.

6. Sipajte polovinu smese u posudu, prelijte deo preostalog karamel preliva za sladoled, zatim dodajte ostatak smese i prošarajte ostatkom karamela.

7. Zamrznite najmanje 6 sati.

Napomena za mucenje slatke pavlake 

  • Važno je da slatka pavlaka bude dobro ohlađena (najmanje 3-4 sati u frižideru, a najbolje preko noći), jer će se tako mnogo brže umutiti. 
  • Mutite dok ne dobijete čvrste vrhove, odnosno kada pavlaka zadržava oblik na mutilicama. 
  • Pazite da ne mutite predugo, jer može početi da se odvaja i pretvara u puter.
