Warm and filling polenta with cheese and yogurt is a simple savory breakfast that gives a feeling of satiety.

Ingredients (2 smaller or 1 larger portion): 80 g of instant polenta, 300 ml of water, 100 ml of buttermilk - yogurt* (see note), 50-80 g of queso fresco cheese, 20 g of unsalted butter, a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
1. Add salt and heat the water until boiling.
2. Reduce the heat to medium high (5 out of 6) and gradually pour in the polenta while stirring constantly.
3. Cook for 2–3 minutes until thick and creamy.
4. Remove from heat. Add the unsalted butter and crumbled cheese and mix until combined.
5. Stir yogurt into hot polenta immediately after cooking or pour it over as a creamy layer.
Note about yogurt
You can use plain yogurt, Bulgarian buttermilk - yogurt or Greek yogurt.

Sastojci (2 manje ili 1 veca porcija): 80 g instant palente, 300 ml vode, 100 ml jogurta*, 50-80 g belog sira - mladi sir, 20 g neslanog putera, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1. Vodu posolite i zagrejte do ključanja.
2. Smanjite temperaturu na srednje visoku (5 od 6) i uz stalno mešanje postepeno sipajte palentu.
3. Kuvajte 2–3 minuta dok ne postane gusta i kremasta.
4. Sklonite sa sporeta. Dodajte neslani puter i izmrvljeni sir pa promešajte dok se ne sjedine.
5. Jogurt umešati u vruću palentu odmah posle kuvanja ili prelijte preko kao kremasti sloj.
Napomena za jogurt
Mozete koristiti običan jogurt, bugarski jogurt ili grcki jogurt.
