Vecera.
Sastojci: 120g junetine, 1 sargarepa, 120g kelja.
Priprema:
1) Junetinu isprati vodom i obrisati. Iseci na kocke. Sargarepu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. Kelj oprati i iseci na trake.
2) U tiganju na maslinovom ulju na srednjoj temperaturi (4) prziti junetinu i sargarepu 2 minuta. Dodati malo vode, poklopiti i krckati oko 2 sata, zavisno od velicine kockica mesa.
2b. Petneast minuta pred kraj dodati kelj. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) U plasticnu kutiju staviti junetinu sa keljom i sargarepom.
4) Kada se ohladi cuvati u frizideru do 3 dana.
Dinner
Ingredients: 120g baby beef, 1 carrot, 120g kale.
Preparation:
1) Rinse the beef with water and wipe. Cut into cubes. Peel a carrot and slice it. Wash the kale and cut into strips.
2) In a frying pan on olive or avocado oil at medium temperature (4) fry the beef and carrot for 2 minutes. Add a little water, cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
2b. Fifteen minutes before the end add kale. Leave to cool
3) Put beef with kale and carrot in a plastic box.
4) When cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
