Priprema:
1. Za podlogu - pomesati mleveni keks, otopljen margarin i mlako mleko. Staviti u pleh i poravnati.
2. Za fil - banane izgnjeciti i pomesati sa mlevenim keksom, cimetom, secerom u prahu, kiselom pavlakom i slatkom pavlakom. Sve sjediniti mikserom. Staviti preko podloge.
3. Za preliv - otopiti cokoladu sa slatkom pavlakom na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Preliti preko fila.
4. Ostaviti da se ohladi i stegne.
5. Nakon toga cuvati u frizideru.
Ingredients: for the base - 450g of biscuits (ground), 200g of margarine (melted), 200ml of milk, for the filling - 4-5 bananas, 450g of biscuits (ground), 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (powdered), 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 10 tablespoons of sour cream, 300ml of heavy cream, for topping - 300ml of heavy cream, 240g of chocolate.
Preparation:
1. For the base - mix ground biscuits, melted margarine and lukewarm milk. Place in a pan and flatten.
2. For the filling - mash bananas and mix with ground biscuits, cinnamon, powdered sugar, sour cream and heavy cream. Combine everything with a mixer. Place over the base.
3. For the topping - melt the chocolate with the heavy cream at medium temperature (4). Pour over the filling.
4. Leave to cool and harden. 5. After that, store in the refrigerator.
