Sastojci: 1 solja crvenog sociva, 3 solje hladne vode.
Priprema:
1. Socivo potopiti u prokljucalu vodu da prekrije zrna i jos 3 prsta preko toga. Ostaviti da stoji 15 min.
2. Procediti i isprati u nekoliko voda. Iscediti.
3. Sipati u serpu i naliti sa vodom. Pustiti da prokljuca na visokoj temperaturi (6) pa smanjiti na srednju (4) i kuvati 20 min.
4. Skloniti sa sporeta. Poklopiti i ostaviti 10 minuta.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of red lentils, 3 tablespoons of cold water.
Preparation:
1. Soak the lentil in boiled water to cover the grains and another 3 fingers over it. Let it stand for 15 min.
2. Drain and rinse in several waters. Drain.
3. Pour into a bucket and cover with water. Let it boil at high temperature (6), then reduce it to medium (4) and cook for 20 min.
4. Remove from the stove. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
