Priprema:
1. Odmrznite lisnato testo.
2. Razvaljati testo na 0,8cm debljine i isecite krugove prečnika oko 10cm.
3. Za fil - sve sastojke pomešati u činiji ručnim mikserom.
4. Napunite okrugle kalupe i zamrznite 2 sata.
5. Za fil od višanja - dodajte sve sastojke u šerpu i kuvajte na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dok se ne zgusne.
Ingredients: puff pastry, for white filling: 250g cream cheese (at room temperature), 30g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 50g sour cream, 2 tbsp flour, 2 smaller eggs (at room temperature), for cherry filling - 250g sour cherries (pitted, fresh or frozen), 100g sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for sprinkling - powdered sugar.
Preparation:
1. Thaw the puff pastry.
2. Roll the dough to a thickness of 0.8cm and cut circles about 10cm in diameter.
3. For filling - mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer.
4. Fill the round moulds, and freeze for 2 hours.
5. For cherry filling - add all ingredients to a saucepan and cook over medium heat (4) until it thickens.
