Amareto bejlis kafa (Amaretto baileys coffee)

Sastojci: 230 ml turske kafe (kuvane i oceđene), 45 ml amareto sirupa od badema, 45 bejlisa irskog krema, 2 kašike karamel sosa, 2 kašičice šećera, ½ kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:

1. Skuvati kafu i ocediti.

2. Zagrejte karamel sos na srednjoj vatri (4) nekoliko sekundi.

3. Stavite karamel sos u malu činiju. Umočite praznu šolju u karamel.

4. Na tanjir stavite šećer sa cimetom. Umočite obod karamela u šećer.

5. Sipajte kafu u šolju.

6. Dodajte bejlis i amareto i dobro promešajte.


Ingredients: 230ml Turkish coffee (cooked and drained), 45ml amaretto almond syrup, 45 baileys Irish cream, 2 tbsp caramel sauce, 2 tsps sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon.


Preparation:

1. Cook coffee and drain.

2. Heat caramel sauce over medium heat (4) for a few seconds.

3. Put caramel sauce in a small bowl. Dip empty mug in caramel.

4. Put cinnamon sugar on a plate. Dip the caramel rim in the sugar.

5. Pour coffee into a mug.

6. Add baileys and amaretto and stir well.
