12 vrsta nepecenih sitnih kolaca (12 types of unbaked small cakes)

Keks smesu podeliti na 5 delova, smesu sa indijskim orasima na 7.

Za vegan kolacice koristite vegan puter.

Sastojci: slatka smesa s sojinim mlekom za nepecene kolace.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati osnovnu smesu sa ostalim sastojcima.

Keks 1

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa keksom, 50g oraha (seckanih), 70g zele bombona (seckanih), 2g karanfilica (u prahu), 2g anisa (u prahu), secer u prahu.

Pomesati sve osim secera u prahu. Formirati valjak. Uviti u papir za pecenje i ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi. Posuti secerpm u prahu.

Keks 2, Orasi 1

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa keksom, jedan deo osnovne smese sa indijskim orasima, 50g otopljene cokolade (50g cokolade + 1.5 kasika ulja, otopiti na blagoj temperaturi), 2g kardamona (u prahu), prstohvat djumbira (u prahu), 4g cimeta (u prahu), 1 list oblande, glazura od cokolade.

U smesu s indijskim orasima dodati cokoladu. Na list oblande staviti cistu vlaznu krpu da oblanda omeksa. Naneti cokoladni fil. Na papir za pecenje oklagijom razviti smesu sa keksom. Staviti preko cokoladnog fila. Urolati i staviti u frizider da se stegne. Preliti glazurom od cokolade. Cokoladu otopiti sa uljem.

Keks 3

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa keksom, 40g keksa (izlomljenog), 50g otopljene bele cokolade, 3g kardamona (u prahu), 1 kasicica arome vanile. Belu cokoladu otopiti na isti nacin kao u prethodnom receptu.

Formirati valjak. Uviti u papir za pecenje i ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi. 

Keks 4

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa keksom, 100g lesnika (mlevenih), 4g cimeta (u prahu), 2g karanfilica (u prahu), prstohvat djumbira (u prahu), celi lesnici, secer u prahu.

Pomesati sve osim secera u prahu i celih lesnika i na papiru za pecenje razviti oklagijom na debljinu od oko 1.5cm. Odozgo do pola ugurati cele lesnike. Posuti prah secerom i ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi.

Orasi 2

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa indijskim orasima, orasi (seckani), orasi (mleveni), suve smokve, 3g cimeta (u prahu), 3g karanfilica (u prahu).

Potopiti suve smokve u toplu vodu i ostaviti da omeksaju. U smokve staviti seckane orahe pa ih obaviti smesom sa indijskim orasima i napraviti kuglu. Uvaljati u mlevene orahe.

Orasi 3

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa indijskim orasima, 120g suve smokve (samlevene), 50g oraha (mlevenih), 3g pimenta (u prahu), 2g kardamona (u prahu).

Potopiti suve smokve u toplu vodu i ostaviti da omeksaju. Samleti. Pomesati sa osnovnom smesom. Formirati kuglice i ostaviti u frizider da se ohlade. 

Orasi 4

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa indijskim orasima, 80g lesnika (mlevenih), glazura od secera, malo secera u prahu, prstohvat djumbira (u prahu), 4g cimeta (u prahu), 2g karanfilica (u prahu).

Pomesati (osim glazure) i na papiru za pecenje razviti oklagijom na debljinu od oko 1 cm. Modlom umocenom u secer u prahu vaditi kolacice. Preliti glazurom od secera.

Keks 5

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa keksom, 120g kokosovog brasna, 2g pimenta (u prahu), 1 kasicica arome vanile.

Pomesati i praviti kuglice i ostaviti u frizider da se ohlade. 

Orasi 5

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa indijskim orasima, 60g cokolade (otopljena s 1 ili 2 kasike ulja), 200g urmi (mlevenih), prstohvat djumbira (u prahu), prstohvat muskat oraha, 4g cimeta (u prahu).

Pomesati i praviti kuglice i ostaviti u frizider da se ohlade. 

Orasi 6

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa indijskim orasima, 110g kokosovog brasna, 60g putera od kikirikija, kokosovo brasno, prstohvat djumbira (u prahu), 2g pimenta (u prahu), 1 kasicica arome vanile.

Pomesati sve osim kikiriki putera. Praviti kuglice, napraviti udubljenje u sredinu i staviti malo putera od kikirikija. Ostaviti u frizider da se ohlade. 

Orasi 7

Sastojci: jedan deo osnovne smese sa indijskim orasima, 100g keksa (mlevenog), 50g cokolade  (otopljena s 1 ili 2 kasike ulja), 1 kasika arome ruma, prstohvat muskat oraha, 2g karanfilica (u prahu), 2g pimenta (u prahu). Pomesati i praviti kuglice i ostaviti u frizider da se ohlade. 

Divide the plain biscuit mixture into 5 parts, the cashew mixture into 7.

For vegan cookies, use vegan butter.

Ingredients: sweet mixture with soy milk for unbaked cakes.

Preparation:

1. Mix the basic mixture with the other ingredients.

Biscuit 1

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with biscuits, 50g of walnuts (chopped), 70g of jelly beans (chopped), 2g of cloves (powdered), 2g of anise (powdered), powdered sugar.

Mix everything except powdered sugar. Form a roller. Wrap in baking paper and leave in the refrigerator to cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar.

Biscuit 2, Nuts 1

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with biscuits, one part of the basic mixture with cashew nuts, 50g of melted chocolate (50g of chocolate + 1.5 tablespoons of oil, melt at a low temperature), 2g of cardamom (powder), a pinch of ginger (powder), 4g of cinnamon (in powder), 1 wafer sheet, chocolate glaze.

Add chocolate to the cashew mixture. Place a clean damp cloth on the wafer sheet to make it soft the wafer. Apply the chocolate filling. Roll out the biscuit mixture on baking paper with a rolling pin. Place over the chocolate filling. Roll up and put in the fridge to harden. Cover with chocolate glaze. Melt the chocolate with oil.

Biscuit 3

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with biscuits, 40g of biscuits (broken), 50g of melted white chocolate, 3g of cardamom (in powder), 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring. Melt the white chocolate in the same way as in the previous recipe.

Form a roller. Wrap in baking paper and leave in the refrigerator to cool.

Biscuit 4

Ingredients: one part of the basic biscuit mixture, 100g of hazelnuts (ground), 4g of cinnamon (powdered), 2g of cloves (powdered), a pinch of ginger (powdered), whole hazelnuts, powdered sugar.

Mix everything except powdered sugar and whole hazelnuts and roll out on baking paper with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1.5 cm. Insert whole hazelnuts halfway from the top. Sprinkle the powder with sugar and leave it in the refrigerator to cool.

Nuts 2

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with cashews, walnuts (chopped), walnuts (ground), dried figs, 3g cinnamon (powder), 3g cloves (powder).

Soak the dried figs in warm water and let them soften. Put chopped walnuts in the figs and cover them with the cashew mixture and make a ball. Roll in ground walnuts.

Nuts 3

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with cashews, 120g of dried figs (ground), 50g of walnuts (ground), 3g of allspice (powder), 2g of cardamom (powder).

Soak the dried figs in warm water and let them soften. Grind. Mix with the base mixture. Form into balls and leave in the refrigerator to cool.

Nuts 4

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with cashews, 80g hazelnuts (ground), sugar glaze, a little powdered sugar, a pinch of ginger (powdered), 4g cinnamon (powdered), 2g cloves (powdered).

Mix (except for the glaze) and roll out on baking paper with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1 cm. Use a cookie cutter dipped in powdered sugar to take out the cookies. Cover with sugar glaze.

Biscuit 5

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with biscuits, 120 g of coconut flakes, 2 g of allspice (powder), 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.

Mix and make balls and leave in the refrigerator to cool.

Nuts 5

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with cashews, 60g of chocolate (melted with 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil), 200g of dates (ground), a pinch of ginger (powder), a pinch of nutmeg, 4g of cinnamon (powder).

Mix and make balls and leave in the refrigerator to cool.

Nuts 6

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with cashews, 110g of coconut flakes, 60g of peanut butter, coconut flakes, a pinch of ginger (powder), 2g of allspice (powder), 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.

Mix everything except the peanut butter. Make balls, make a well in the middle and put some peanut butter. Leave in the refrigerator to cool.

Nuts 7

Ingredients: one part of the basic mixture with cashew nuts, 100g of biscuits (ground), 50g of chocolate (melted with 1 or 2 spoons of oil), 1 spoon of rum aroma, a pinch of nutmeg, 2g of cloves (powdered), 2g of allspice (powdered). 

Mix,, make balls and leave in the refrigerator to cool.
