Sastojci: 300ml mleka, 1 kasicice cimeta u prahu ili mlevenog, 1 kasika putera od badema, ½ kasicice vanila ekstrakta, mali prstohvat đumbira u prahu, 50 g cia semenki.
Priprema:
1. U blender staviti sve osim cia semenki. Dobro sjediniti.
2. Sipati u ciniju pa dodati cia semenke. Dobro promesati.
3. Ostaviti u frižideru preko noći ili 8 h.
Ako zelite vocni cia puding, dodati oljusteno, ocisceno i iseckano voce.
U blender dodati 1 bananu ili 1 jabuku ili saku bobicastog voca.
Ako zelite proteinski cia puding, dodati 25 g proteina u prahu (biljni ili surutka) isto kad dodate i cia semenke.
Ingredients: 300 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of powdered or ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, a small pinch of powdered ginger, 50 g of chia seeds.
Preparation:
1. Put everything in the blender except the chia seeds. Combine well.
2. Pour into a bowl and add chia seeds. Stir well.
3. Leave in the refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours.
If you want a fruit chia pudding, add peeled, cleaned and chopped fruit.
Add 1 banana or 1 apple or handful of berries to the blender.
If you want a protein chia pudding, add 25 g of protein powder (vegetable or whey) at the same time you add the chia seeds.
