Posni beli fil za kolace i torte (Lean white filling for cakes and tortas)

Sastojci: 500 ml biljnog mleka (sojino mleko, bademovo mleko, kokosovo mleko, ovseno mleko), 50 g kukuruznog skroba (gustina), 50 g secera, 20 g vanilin secera,, 200gr margarina (isecen na kocke).

Priprema:

0. Prosejati kukuruzni skrob (gustin).

1. Pomesati skrob sa secerom i vanilin secerom i 100 ml mleka. Umutiti da nema grudvice.

2. U serpu sipati preostalo mleko i zagrejati.

3. Smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (3) i dodati mesavinu skroba, secera i mleka. Stalno mesajuci kuvati dok se ne zgusne.

4. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Mozete povremeno promesati da se ne stvori korica na povrsini ili pokriti providnom folijom.

5. U hladnu smesu dodati margarin i umutiti mikserom.


Ingredients: 500 ml of nut milk (soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk), 50 g of cornstarch, 50 g of sugar, 20 g of vanilla sugar, 200 g of margarine (cut into cubes).


Preparation:

0. Sift cornstarch.

1. Mix starch with sugar and vanilla sugar and 100 ml of milk. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

2. Pour the remaining milk into the pot and heat it.

3. Reduce to medium-low temperature (3) and add the mixture of starch, sugar and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

4. Leave to cool. You can occasionally stir so that a crust does not form on the surface or cover with transparent foil.

5. Add margarine to the cold mixture and beat with a mixer.
