Proja sa tikvicama (Cornbread with zucchini)

Sastojci: 200g zutog kukuruznog brasna, 200g psenicnog belog brasna, 2 tikvice, 10g praska za pecivo, 3 jaja, 200g sitnog sira, 100ml ulja, 100ml mleka, 100ml jogurta, 2g soli.

Priprema:

1) Tikvice oprati, oljustiti i izrendati. Posoliti i ostaviti 20 minuta. Ocediti. Jaja umutiti. Pomesati psenicno belo brasno i prasak za pecivo.

2) U ciniju staviti jaja. Dodati zuto kukuruzno brasno i promesati. Dodati psenicno belo brasno, sir, mleko, jogurt, ulje. Promesati da se dobro sjedini.

3) Dodati tikvice i jos jednom promesati da se sve sjedini.

4) Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje ili namazati sa margarinom i posuti sa malo brasna. Sipati smesu u pleh.

5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 200g yellow corn flour, 200g wheat white flour, 2 zucchini, 10g baking powder, 3 eggs, 200g cottage cheese, 100ml oil, 100ml milk, 100ml buttermilk, 2g salt.

Preparation:

1) Wash, peel and grate the zucchini. Add salt and leave for 20 minutes. Drain. Beat eggs. Mix wheat white flour and baking powder.

2) Put eggs in a bowl. Add yellow corn flour and stir. Add wheat white flour, cottage cheese, milk, buttermilk, oil. Stir to combine well.

3) Add the zucchini and stir once more to combine everything.

4) Line the baking tray with baking paper or spread with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour. Pour the mixture into a baking tray.

5) Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 30 minutes.
