Krem supa od brokolija i karfiola (Broccoli and cauliflower cream soup)

UN dijeta - proteinski dan.

Sastojci: oko 500g karfiola, oko 500g brokolija, 250ml pavlake za kuvanje, 1/2 praziluka (i zeleni i beli deo), 2-3 cena belog luka, 1 sargarepa, 1 koren pesuna, 1 koren paskanata, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 1/2 kasicice vegete, 1/2 kasicice mediteranskog zacina.

Priprema:

1) Pripremiti karfiol i brokoli. Praziluk oprati, ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Koren persuna i paskanata i sargarepu oprati, oljustiti, oprati i iseci na kolutove.

2) U serpu, na maslinovom ulju, na srednje-niskoj temperaturi (3) proprziti beli luk dok ne pusti miris. Dodati praziluk i prziti nekoliko minuta dok ne omeksa. Dodati sargarepu, koren persuna i paskanata i prziti jos minut-dva povremeno mesajuci. Dodati vegetu i mediteranski zacin i promesati.

3) Dodati karfiol i brokoli na cvetove. Naliti vodom i na srednje visokoj vatri (5) kuvati 10 minuta. Ocediti vodu, ali sacuvati.

4) Staviti u blender i usitniti. Dodati vode zavisno koju gustinu zelite. Ponovo usitniti.

5) Vratiti u serpu i pustiti da prokljuca. 

6) Dodati pavlaku za kuvanje i promesati. 

UN diet - protein day.

Ingredients: about 500g of cauliflower, about 500g of broccoli, 250ml of cooking cream, 1/2 leek (both green and white part), 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 parsnip root, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon vegeta, 1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean spice.

Preparation:

1) Prepare cauliflower and broccoli. Wash, clean and finely chop the leeks. Peel a garlic clove and finely chop it. Wash, peel, wash and cut the root of parsley and parsnip and carrot into rings.

2) In a skillet, on olive oil, at a medium-low temperature (3), fry the garlic until it releases the smell. Add the leeks and fry for a few minutes until softened. Add the carrot, parsley and parsnip root and fry for another minute or two, stirring occasionally. Add vegeta and Mediterranean spice and stir.

3) Add cauliflower and broccoli flowers. Pour water and cook on medium heat (5) for 10 minutes. Drain the water, but save.

4) Put in a blender and chop. Add water depending on what density you want. Chop again.

5) Return to the pot and bring to the boil.

6) Add cooking cream and stir.
