Sastojci: za osnovnu mesavinu: 250g margarina, 150g meda, 80g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera; za crne korpice: 100g crne cokolade (izlomljenu na kockice), 100g lesnika (mlevenog), 130g kornfleksa; za bele korpice: 100g bele cokolade (izlomljenu na kockice), 100g oraha (mlevenih), 130g kornfleksa;
Priprema:
1) U serpi, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti margarin. Dodati med i mesati dok se ne otopi. Dodati secer u prahu i vanilin secer i mesati dok se ne otopi. Podeliti na dva dela.
2) Za crne korpice - u jedan deo dodati crnu cokoladu i mesati dok se ne otopi. Dodati lesnik i mesati dok se ne sjedini. Dodati kornfleks i mesati dok se ne sjedini.
3) Za bele korpice - u drugi deo dodati belu cokoladu i mesati dok se ne otopi. Dodati orahe i mesati dok se ne sjedini. Dodati kornfleks i mesati dok se ne sjedini.
4) Sipati obe smese u odvojene korpice i ostaviti da se stegne.
Ingredients: for the basic mixture: 250g margarine, 150g honey, 80g powdered sugar, 20g vanilla sugar; for black baskets: 100g dark chocolate (broken into cubes), 100g hazelnuts (ground), 130g cornflakes; for white baskets: 100g white chocolate (broken into cubes), 100g walnuts (ground), 130g cornflakes;
Preparation:
1) Melt the margarine in a pot at a medium temperature (4). Add honey and stir until dissolved. Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until dissolved. Divide into two parts.
2) For black baskets - add dark chocolate to one part and mix until melted. Add the hazelnuts and mix until combined. Add the cornflakes and mix until combined.
3) For white baskets - add white chocolate to the other part and mix until melted. Add the walnuts and stir until combined. Add the cornflakes and mix until combined.
4) Pour both mixtures into separate baskets and allow to set.
