Biljna pavlaka od ovsenih pahuljica bez aditiva (Plant oat flakes cream without additives)

Sastojci: 80 g ovsenih pahuljica (ne instant), 300 ml vode (hladne), 1 kašika hladno ceđenog ulja (npr. suncokretovo, maslinovo ili kokosovo bez mirisa), 1 prstohvat morske soli, 1 kašičica soka od limuna (opciono, ako želite kiselkastu notu kao kisela pavlaka), za slatku varijantu: dodaj ½ kašičice ekstrakta vanile i malo javorovog sirupa*

  • Blago slatko: 1 kašičica javorovog sirupa (≈5 ml)
  • Srednje slatko: 1.5 kašičica javorovog sirupa (≈7–8 ml)
  • Prilično slatko: 2 kašičice javorovog sirupa (≈10 ml)

Priprema:

1. Potopi ovsene pahuljice u vodu i ostavi da stoje 20 minuta.

2. Procedi i isperi ih pod mlazom hladne vode (ovo uklanja lepljivost).

3. Stavi u blender i dodaj svežu vodu, ulje, so (i limun ako želiš).

4. Blendaj 1–2 minuta dok ne dobiješ glatku, kremastu smesu.

5. Procedi kroz gazu ili gusto sito da ukloniš ostatke vlakana.

6. Čuvaj u staklenoj tegli u frižideru do 3 dana.

Upotreba:

  • U supama, čorbama, sosovima i testeninama
  • Kao zamena za pavlaku za kuvanje
  • U desertima i smutijima (ako dodaš vanilu i zaslađivač)

Ingredients: 80 g of oat flakes (not instant oatmeal), 300 ml of water (cold), 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed oil (e.g. sunflower, olive or unscented coconut), 1 pinch of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional, if you want a sour note like sour cream), for a sweet version: add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and a little maple syrup*

  • Slightly sweet: 1 teaspoon maple syrup (≈5 ml)
  • Medium sweet: 1.5 teaspoons of maple syrup (≈7–8 ml)
  • Quite sweet: 2 teaspoons maple syrup (≈10 ml)

Preparation:

1. Soak the oat flakes in water and let it stand for 20 minutes.

2. Drain and rinse them under cold water (this removes stickiness).

3. Put in a blender and add fresh water, oil, salt (and lemon juice if you want).

4. Blend for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.

5. Strain through cheesecloth or a fine sieve to remove any remaining fibers.

6. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Usage:

In soups, stews, sauces and pasta

As a substitute for cooking cream

In desserts and smoothies (if you add vanilla and maple syrup)
