Catni (en. chutney) je gusti sos ili prilog koji potiče iz indijske kuhinje. Pravi se kuvanjem voća ili povrća sa začinima, šećerom i često sirćetom, pa ima kombinaciju slatkog, kiselog i začinjenog ukusa.

Najčešće karakteristike čatnija:

- Može biti gladak ili sa komadićima

- Može biti blag ili veoma ljut

- Služi se kao dodatak jelima, namaz ili sos za umakanje.

Od čega se pravi catni?

Čatni može da se pravi od raznih namirnica, na primer: 

- Mango

- Paradajz
