Domaci musli (Homemade muesli)

Sastojci: kinoa, 6 kasika ovsenih pahuljica plus vode toliko da samo prekrije pahuljice (i/ili psenicne i/ili razane I/ili jecmene), 2 kasike susama, miks semenki - 1 kasika semenki lana, 2 kasike semenkli bundeve, 2 kasike semenki suncokreta, 2 kasike cia semenki, 3 kasike kakao zrna, 250g seckanih orasastih plodova (orasi, indijski orasi, lesnici, bademi, pistaci, brazilski orah, makadamia orah), 250g seckanog suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje, suve banane, suvi kivi), 2 urmi (bez kostica) po jednoj porciji.

Priprema:

1. Skuvati kinou.

2. Potopiti ovsene pahuljice u vodi preko noci ili 8 sati. Ocediti. Potopiti suvo voce u toploj vodi na 30 minuta. Ocediti.

2b. U serpicu sipati ovsene  pahuljice i preliti sa vodom. Kad prokljuca kuvati 5 minuta, mesajuci

Skuvati ovsene pahuljice.

Ako necete da kuvate pahuljice, mozete da ih sameljete u blenderu u prah*.

3) U tanjir staviti 3 kasike kuvane kinoe. Dodati ovsene pahuljice, 2 kasike suvog voca, susam, 1 kasiku miksa semenki, 1 kasiku orasastih plodova.

4. Preliti sa mlekom (vrucim ili hladnim), jogurtom ili grckim jogurtom. Promesati. 

5. Posluziti odmah ili ostaviti 2 sata.

* Napomena: ako ne kuvate ovsene pahuljice, ostaviti 2 sata.

Ingredients: quinoa, 6 tablespoons of oat flakes (and/or wheat and/or rye) plus water enough to just cover the flakes, 2 tbsp of sesame seeds, mix of seeds - 1 tbsp of flax seeds, 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 3 tbsp of cocoa beans, 250g chopped nuts (walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), 250g chopped dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, dried figs), 2 dates (boneless) per serving.

Preparation:

1. Cook the quinoa.

2. Soak oat flakes in the water overnight or for 8 hours. Drain. Soak dried fruits in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain.

2b. Put oat flakes in saucepan and pour with water. When it boils cook 5 minutes, over medium heat (4), stirring. 

Cooked oat flakes.

If you do not want to cook the flakes, you can grind them in powder in a blender*.

3. Put 3 tablespoons of cooked quinoa in the plate. Add oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of dried fruits, 1 tbsp of seed mixes, 1 tbsp of nuts.

4. Mix with milk (hot or cold), buttermilk or Greek yogurt. Stir.

5. Serve immediately or leave for 2 hours.

* Note: if you are not cooking oat flakes, leave for 2 hours.
