Luft krofne (Donuts)

Ingredients: 250ml milk, 2 eggs, 180g sugar, 1/2 fresh yeast (10g), salt, flour as needed, oil or lard for frying.

Preparation:
1. Soak the yeast with warm milk and a little sugar and allow to rise.
2. Whisk eggs with sugar, add risen yeast and flour as needed.
3. Knead the dough and divide into 8 parts.
4. Develop each part spread with oil and put one part over another, all 8 parts.
5. Develop dough again, cutting into half inches thick cubes, combine the opposite end, and fry in hot oil or lard.

Sastojci: 250ml mleka, 2 jaja, 180g secera, 1/2 svezeg kvasca, so, brasna po potrebi, malo ulja.

Priprema:
1. Potopiti kvasac sa mlakim mlekom i malo secera i ostaviti da uskisne.
2. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati uskisli kvasac i brasna po potrebi.
3. Testo umesiti i podeliti na 8 delova.
4. Svaki deo razvuci i premazati uljem i stavljati jedan deo preko drugog, svih 8 delova, zatim razvuci, seci u kocke, spajati suprotne krajeve i prziti na vrelom ulju ili masti.
