Damen kapric (Hungarian Cake)

Ingredients: 150g lard, 250ml milk, 12 tablespoons of sugar, 1 fresh yeast (20g), 4 eggs, flour as needed.

Preparation:
1. Whisk egg yolks with 4 tablespoons sugar, add lard.
2. Soak yeast in milk + 1 tablespoon of sugar and allow to rise.
3. Combine all the ingredients and add enough flour to mixture - to be rarely.
4. Pour into pan and let sit for 1 hour.
5. Put it to bake at 200 C degrees.
6. Mix the egg white with 7 tablespoons of sugar.
7. Pour mixture of egg whites and sugar over baked cake and return to oven and to dry a little.

Sastojci: 150g masti, 250ml mleka, 12 kasika secera, 1 svezi kvasac, 4 jaja, brasno po potrebi.

Priprema:
1. Umutiti zumanca sa 4 kasike secera, dodati mast.
2. Potopiti kvasac u mleko+malo secera i ostaviti da uskisne.
3. Sjedinit sve sastojke i dodati toliko brasna da smesa bude redja.
4. Sipati u pleh i ostaviti 1 sat da odstoji.
5. Staviti da se pece.
6. Dobro umutiti belanca sa 8 kasika secera.
7. Kada je peceno preliti smesom od belanaca i secera i vratiti u rernu da se jos malo zapece odnosno zasusi.
