Preparation:
1. Cook chestnuts with shell, until tender.
2. Drain water and remove the shell.
3. Crumble chestnut with hands into tiny pieces, add sugar and with rolling pin roll out dough to finger thickness.
4. Melt chocolate, spread over chestnuts.
5. Cut in cubes and sprinkle with sugar.
Suggestion: you can also prepare Chestnut cubes.
Sastojci: 500g kestena, 2 kasike secera u prahu, 100-150g cokolade.
Priprema:
1. Kuvati kestenje sa ljuskom dok dobro ne omeksaju.
2. Ocediti vodu i skinuti ljusku.
3. Izdrobiti kesten rukama na sitne komade, dodati secer i oklagijom istanjiti testo na prst debljine.
4. Cokoladu otopiti, premazati preko kestena.
5. Seci na kvadratice i posuti secerom.
Predlog: takodje mozete napraviti Kesten kocke.
