Crni luk za bol u uhu (Onion for ear pain)


Sastojci: 1/2 crnog luka.

Potrebno: pamucna krpa ili majica, kapa ili selotejp traka.

Priprema:

1) Crni luk oljustiti i iseci na pola.

2) Pola crnog luka iseci na kockice. 


3) Staviti u serpicu i ugrejati na jakoj temperaturi (6) nekoliko minuta, povremeno mesajuci da ne zagori.

4) Crni luk treba da bude topao, a ne vreo.

5) U pamucnu krpu ili majicu, na sredinu staviti luk. Zamotati kao paketic. Prvi kraj blizi vama, preklopiti preko crnog luka. Drugi kraj dalji od vas, preklopiti preko majice iz prethodne recenice. Zatim preklopiti majicom sa strane, s leva pa s desna preko majice. 

6) Treba da imate jedan sloj majice ili krpe samo u jednom sloju. Taj deo cete staviti na uvo. Gledajte da centar gde je crni luk bude na uvetu. 

7) Staviti preko kapu.

8) Ako je dete u pitanju, recimo oko 6 godina, staviti 1/4 crnog luka i lepljivu traku.

9) Drzati pola sata. Zatim vratiti crni luk u serpicu i ponoviti postupak.

10) Mozete i drzati preko noci.

11) Zavisno od jacine bola u uhu, bice vam potrebno najmanje 2 dana i stavljate crni luk dva puta u toku dana i dve noci da spavate s crnim lukom :) 

Ingredients: 1/2 onion.

Required: cotton cloth or T-shirt, winter hat or duct tape.

Preparation:

1) Peel an onion and cut it in half.

2) Cut half of the onion into cubes.

3) Place in a saucepan and heat on high heat (6) for a few minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

4) Onion should be warm, not hot.

5) In a cotton cloth or T-shirt, put onion in the middle. Wrap as a packet. The first end near you, fold over the onion. The other end away from you, fold over the T-shirt from the previous sentence. Then fold the T-shirt from the side, from the left and from the right over the T-shirt.

6) You should have one layer of T-shirt or cloth in only one layer. You will put that part on your ear. Make sure the center where the onion is, is on the ear.

7) Put over the cap.

8) If the child is in question, say about 6 years old, put 1/4 onion and duct tape.

9) Hold for half an hour. Then return the onion to the saucepan and repeat the process.

10) You can also hold it overnight.

11) Depending on the severity of the ear pain, you will need at least 2 days and put the onion twice during the day and two nights to sleep with the onion :)
