Cufte (Meatballs)

Ingredients: 500g minced meat, 4 eggs, 1 onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons oil, 1 cup warm water, 4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 pack of baking powder (5g).

Preparation:
1. Mix baking powder with flour.
2. Finely chop onions and garlic.
3. Whisk the eggs.
4. Add salt and pepper to the meat, then add whisked eggs, onions, garlic, oil, water and flour.
5. Stir all together and let stand 1 hour.
6. Take a small spoon of meat and fry.

Tip: you can serve meatballs with Buttermilk sauce.

Sastojci: 500g mlevenog mesa, 4 jaja, 1 crni luk, 1-2 cena belog luka, so, biber, 4 kasike ulja, 1 casa tople vode, 4 kasike brasna, 1/2 kesice praska za pecivo (5g).

Priprema:
1. Izmesati prasak za pecivo sa brasnom.
2. Crni i beli luk iseckati.
3. Umutiti jaja.
4. Meso posoliti, pobiberiti, dodati jaja, luk, ulje, vodu i brasno.
5. Sve dobro izmesati i ostaviti da stoji 1 sat.
6. Vaditi manjom kasikom i prziti.

Savet: uz cufte mozete posluziti Sos od jogurta.
