Sastojci: 2 kašike dimljene paprike u prahu, 2 kašike čilija u prahu, 2 ili 3 kašike kari praha, 2 kašike mlevenog kumina, 2 kašike belog luka u prahu, 2 kašičice mlevene kurkume, 2 kašičice mlevenog kardamoma, 2 kašičice mlevenog korijandera, 2 kašičice crnog luka u prahu, 1 kašičica senfa u prahu, 1 kašičica semena komorača (sveže mlevenog), 1 kašičica garam masale, ¼ kašičice žalfije, so i mleveni crni biber po ukusu, 1 prstohvat mlevenog đumbira.
Priprema:
1. Pomešajte sve sastojke u činiji.
2. Čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi ili tegli.
3. Za pečenu piletinu - utrljajte celu piletinu ili pileće batake ili pileće karabstake ili pileća krilca mešavinom od 2 kašike ekstra devičanskog maslinovog ulja i 3 kašike limunovog soka.
4. Utrljajte mešavinu začina preko piletine, uključujući unutrašnjost i ispod kože.
4b. Ostavite najmanje 6 sati da se marinira ili preko noći (8 sati).
5. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C (400°F) oko 1 sat i 15 minuta.
Termometar sa trenutnim očitavanjem umetnut blizu kosti treba da pokazuje najmanje 74°C (165°F).
Savet:
Možete dodati malo kečapa ili paradajz sosa u maslinovo ulje, za piletinu.
Možete ga koristiti sa goveđim mesom.
Piletinu možete peći na 180°C (350°F), ali je okrenite na pola (otprilike posle 30 minuta, u zavisnosti od veličine bataka i za krilca). Proverite da li je pečeno posle 1 sata.

Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Keep in an airtight container or jar.
3. For roasted chicken - rub a whole chicken or chicken thighs or chicken drumsticks or chicken wings with a mixture of 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
4. Rub spice mixture over the chicken, including the inside cavity and under the skin.
4b. Leave at least 6 hours to marinate or overnight (8 hours).
5. Roast in the preheated oven at 200 C (400 F) for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read at least 74 C (165 F).
Suggestions:
You can add some ketchup or tomato sauce to olive oil, for the chicken.
You can use it with beef meat.
You can roast chicken at 180 C (350 F) but turn them half way (about after 30 minutes, depending on the size of drumsticks and for the wings). Check for doneness after 1 hour.
