Green tea milk

Sastojci: 240 ml punomasnog mleka ili biljnog mleka - mleka od orašastih plodova (ovseno mleko, mleko od badema, lešnik mleko, kokosovo mleko, sojino mleko), ¼ kašičice ksantan gume, 3 kašike vode, 2 kašike šećera, 1 kašičica praha zelenog čaja, 1 šolja leda, umucen šlag.

Priprema:

1. U činiji pomešajte šećer, ksantan gumu i vodu. Ostavite sa strane.

2. U blender dodajte led, mleko, mešavinu šećera i prah zelenog čaja i blendajte dok ne postane glatko.

3. Sipajte u čašu.

4. Dodajte šlag odozgo.


Ingredients: 240 ml whole milk or nut milk (oat milk, almond milk, hazelnut milk, coconut milk, soy milk), ¼ tsp xanthan gum, 3 tbsp water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp green tea powder, 1 cup ice cubes, whipped cream.

Preparation:

 1. In a bowl, mix sugar, xanthan gum, and water. Set aside.

2. In a blender add ice, milk, sugar mixture, and green tea powder and process until smooth.

3. Pour into a glass.

4. Add whipped cream on top.
