Sastojci: 3 kašike ekstra devičanskog maslinovog ulja, 1 manji cen belog luka (oljušten, mlevena) ili ½ kašičice belog luka u prahu ili u granulama, 1 kašika svežeg limunovog soka* ili belog sirćeta (ili jabukovo sirće ili balzamiko sirće), 1 kašičica senfa, ½ kašičice soli, ¼ kašičice bibera, 1 kašičica meda (opciono).
Priprema:
1. Stavite sve sastojke u teglu, zatvorite i dobro promućkajte ili umutite u činiji.
2. Pre serviranja, ponovo promućkajte.
Napomene: ako koristite svež limunov sok, salatu morate pojesti u roku od 24 sata.
Ako koristite sirće, možete je čuvati u frižideru 5 dana.
Ingredients: 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 smaller garlic clover (peeled, minced) or ½ tsp garlic powder or granules, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice* or white vinegar (or ACV - apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar), 1 teaspoon mustard, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 tsp honey (optional).
Preparation:
1. Put all ingredients in a jar, close and shake well or whisk in a bowl.
2. Before serving, shake again.
Notes: if using fresh lemon juice you have to eat salad within 24 hours.
If you are using vinegar you can store it in the fridge for 5 days.
