Sastojci: 120 ml kuvane turske kafe (ohladjene, procedjene - bez soca), kocke leda, 1 kasika obicnog sirupa (opcionalno), 50 ml kokosovog mleka, 30 ml slatke pavlake, 2 - 3 kasike umucenog slaga, kokosovo brasno.
Priprema:
1. U teglicu staviti kocke leda do pola.
2. Sipati obican sirup.
3. Sipati tursku kafu.
4. Dodati kokosovo mleko.
5. Sipati slatku pavlaku.
6. Preko staviti slag.
7. Posuti sa kokosovim brasnom.
Umesto turske kafe mozete koristiti crnu kafu koji vi pijete.
Ingredients: 120 ml of cooked Turkish coffee (chilled, strained - without used coffee grains), ice cubes, 1 tablespoon of simple syrup (optional), 50 ml of coconut milk, 30 ml of heavy cream, 2 - 3 tablespoons of whipped cream, coconut flour.
Preparation:
1. Place half of the ice cubes in the jar.
2. Pour the simple syrup.
3. Pour Turkish coffee.
4. Add coconut milk.
5. Pour the heavy cream.
6. Put whipped cream on top.
7. Sprinkle it with coconut flour.
Instead of Turkish coffee, you can use the black coffee you drink.
