Moka kafa od bele čokolade sa pepermintom (Peppermint white chocolate mocha coffee)

Sastojci: 45 ml espresa ili 100 ml turske kafe (kuvane, proceđene tj. bez soca), 480 ml mleka ili biljnog mleka*, 100 g bele čokolade, ¼ kašičice ekstrakta peperminta, umucen šlag, peppermint bombona.

Priprema:

0. Pripremite espreso ili tursku kafu. Procedite tursku kafu.

1. Izlomite čokoladu na male komadiće.

2. U šerpici pomešajte belu čokoladu i mleko. Kuvajte na srednje slaboj vatri (3) povremeno mešajući dok se bela čokolada ne otopi.

Ne dozvolite da proključa.

3. Sklonite sa vatre i dodajte ekstrakt peperminta. Promešajte.

4. Podelite belu vruću čokoladu u 2 šolje.

5. Dodajte espreso.

6. Odozgo dodajte šlag.

7. Izmrvite bombonu od nane i pospite odozgo.

* Biljna mleka:

Mleko od badema.

Ovseno mleko.


Ingredients: 45 ml espresso or 100 ml Turkish coffee (cooked, strained), 480 ml milk or nut milk*, 100 g white chocolate, ¼ tsp peppermint extract, whipped cream, peppermint candy.

Preparation: 

0. Prepare espresso or prepare Turkish coffee. Strain Turkish coffee.

1. Break chocolate in small pieces.

2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate and milk. Cook over medium-low heat (3) stirring occasionally until the white chocolate melts. 

Don't let it boil.

3. Remove from heat and add in the peppermint extract. Stir.

4. Divide the white hot chocolate between the 2 cups.

5. Add espresso.

6. On top add whipped cream.

7. Crush peppermint candy and sprinkle on top.

* Nut milk:

Almond milk.

Oat milk.
