Montreal zacinski miks za biftek i burgere (Montreal spice mix for steaks and burgers)

Sastojci: 2 kašike crnog bibera u zenu, 2 kašike dimljene paprike u prahu, 2 kašike nejodirane soli, 1 kašika belog luka u prahu, 1 kašika crnog luka u prahu, 2 kašičice celog semena korijandera, 2 kašičice celog semena senfa, 3 kašičice sušenog mirodjije, 2 kašičice sušenog ruzmarina, 1 kašičica ljuspica ljute paprike.

Priprema:

1. Pomešajte biber, so, seme korijandera I seme senfa u avanu ili mlinu za začine. Blendirajte dok se skoro potpuno ne raspadne. 

2. Dodajte ostatak začina i ponovo blendirajte dok se dobro ne sjedini.

3. Prebacite u hermetički zatvorenu teglu.

Može se čuvati na sobnoj temperaturi i koristiti nekoliko meseci, u zavisnosti od datuma isteka vaših sastojaka.

Možete ga koristiti za bifteke, pečenje, burgere.


Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coarse black pepper, 2 tablespoons smoked paprika powder, 2 tablespoons non iodized salt, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 2 teaspoons whole coriander seeds, 2 teaspoons whole mustard seeds, 3 teaspoons dried dill, 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

Preparation:

1. Combine the pepper, salt, coriander seeds and mustard seeds in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder. Blend until they have almost all broken apart. 

2. Add in the rest of the seasonings and blend again until well combined.

3. Transfer to an airtight jar. 

Can be stored at room temperature and used for a few months, depending on the expiration date of your ingredients.

You can use it for steaks, roasts, burgers.
